This afternoon Camryn was showing me the puppet she
made in Sunday School.
As always, it was an interesting conversation!
cam: mom, see my puppet from sunday school?
me: yeah, who is that a puppet of?
cam: mom, you can read! it says right here..
(she points to the caption that reads "samuel is called")
me: speak respectfully to adults, camryn. i know
who it is, but do you?
cam: SAMUEL!
me: your're right!
cam: he (samuel) kept hearing someone whisper,
"samuel, samuel"
me: who was calling him?
cam: he thought it was eli, but eli said it wasn't him.
me: so who was it?
cam: it was G O D !!!!!
me: wow, really? why do you think God was calling
samuel over and over?
cam: I don't know, He (God) was saying,
"hey you, wake up!!! don't you want to talk to me?"

Ha! She is so funny...we get some hilarious comments from her DURING Sunday School as well. :)
i love how little minds remember so well, even when they think they dont. today, patrick was "reading" to ella the story of adam and eve from his picture bible he recently gave to her. (as he got another one)
